CCSafe Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CCSafe services, including website development, website hosting, cybersecurity monitoring, maintenance, consulting, and subscription-based services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

CCSafe provides digital services including:

  • Website Hosting Management
  • Cybersecurity Monitoring
  • Vulnerability Assessments
  • Security Awareness Training
  • SSL Certificate Management
  • Website Maintenance
  • Domain Management Assistance
  • SaaS Security Services
  • Managed Security Services

Service availability may vary based on subscription level.

3. Account Registration

Customers must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

CCSafe reserves the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent, inaccurate, or unauthorized information.

4. Subscription Plans

Certain services are provided through monthly or annual subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Payments & Billing

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise specified. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

CCSafe may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or other approved providers.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes.

6. Refund Policy

Website development deposits are generally non-refundable once project work has begun.

Subscription fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain secure passwords
  • Cooperate with security recommendations
  • Maintain legal ownership of submitted content
  • Comply with all applicable laws

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers may not use CCSafe services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Malware distribution
  • Phishing attacks
  • Spam campaigns
  • Unauthorized network access
  • Copyright infringement
  • Fraudulent activity

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

CCSafe retains ownership of proprietary software, systems, security methodologies, documentation, and branding.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom website content and approved project deliverables unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

10. Cybersecurity Services Disclaimer

CCSafe provides cybersecurity services intended to reduce risk. No cybersecurity solution can guarantee complete protection against all threats, vulnerabilities, attacks, or data breaches.

Clients acknowledge that cybersecurity is a shared responsibility.

11. Service Availability

CCSafe strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance windows, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond our control may impact service availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCSafe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

CCSafe's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the previous twelve (12) months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CCSafe, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims resulting from:

  • Your use of the services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or regulation
  • Your website content

14. Termination

CCSafe may suspend or terminate services at its discretion for:

  • Non-payment
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Security risks
  • Terms violations

15. Privacy

Use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Customers should review the Privacy Policy before using the platform.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to Terms

CCSafe may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
